Creating a customer account
Customer accounts at PRCN Lab are created through a physician. You have two options:
- Use the personal consultancy link provided by your physician — you can sign up and place orders directly from that link.
- If you don't have a consultancy link, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you get set up.
Patient Consent
I confirm and understand that:
- Treatments are sub-cutaneous injections and I feel comfortable administering this medication myself.
- Treatments are medication and therefore you must inform your GP/doctor that you are taking it.
- I confirm that I understand how to store the medication and dispose of the needles responsibly.
- I confirm I am supplementing the foundations of my health optimization journey, which are: diet, exercise, sleep and other lifestyle changes. I understand that peptide injections must be used with a healthy diet and exercise and sleep regime.
- I confirm that I will seek medical attention and/or inform my GP if I develop any adverse reactions or symptoms, including but not limited to the following: abdominal pain, swelling or a lump in the throat, difficulty swallowing, symptoms of low blood sugar (such as sweating, shakiness, feeling weak), redness and/or swelling, nausea and/or vomiting which does not settle, an allergic reaction, palpitations or changes to my mood.
- I confirm I understand PRCN Lab's Returns Policy. I agree that a faulty product, as per our terms and conditions, will be returned to PRCN Lab in its received form for manufacturer testing.
- I confirm that no guarantees have been given to me for weight loss or any other benefit and I that results vary from individual to individual.
- I confirm I understand that prescribed medication may cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, headaches, lack of appetite, bloating, constipation, and abdominal pain.
- I understand that if peptides are ever frozen or stored in temperatures above 30°C, they must be discarded.
- I consent to an age and ID check when placing my first order.
- I confirm that I have read, understood and accept PRCN Lab's Terms and Conditions.
Liability Waiver
By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand and accept that PRCN Lab is a peptide distribution company and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All decisions regarding peptide use are made solely by the patient and possibly their independent physician.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of peptide therapies, including but not limited to side effects, adverse reactions, and interactions with other medications or conditions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless PRCN Lab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my use of products supplied by PRCN Lab.
- I confirm that I have not been pressured or coerced into placing this order and that I am doing so of my own free will, with full understanding of the nature of the products being purchased.
- I acknowledge that PRCN Lab's liability shall in no event exceed the value of the products purchased in the relevant transaction giving rise to any claim.
